Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Tour Package Head to lead our tour package division. The ideal candidate will oversee package creation, vendor management, team performance, customer experience, and revenue growth for the travel vertical.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the tour package team (executives and coordinators) and guide them in daily operations.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, improve service quality, and expand tour offerings.
• Monitor team performance, set monthly targets, and ensure achievement of business goals.

Package Development

• Create and design domestic & international tour packages based on market trends and customer demand.
• Regularly update packages, pricing, and itineraries to stay competitive.
• Customize tour packages for corporate clients, families, and special interest groups.

Operations & Coordination

• Oversee all bookings including hotels, flights, transfers, activities, visas, and insurance.
• Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Resolve escalations, customer issues, and operational challenges quickly.

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, agents, and travel suppliers.
• Negotiate best possible rates to enhance profitability.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed.

Client Handling & Service Quality

• Supervise client communications, ensure professional service delivery, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Handle high-value clients and close complex package deals.
• Review itineraries, quotations, and final documents before customer handover.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, revenue, and team performance.
• Track competitor packages, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
• Work closely with senior management to align strategies and business growth plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in travel & tourism (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, visas, and travel products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate under pressure.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
