Position Overview: Sales Manager (Holidays department) : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. This role requires exceptional communication, analytical abilities, and the capability to inspire and manage a team of sales professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and performance. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies effectively. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for decision-making. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional strategies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships. Manage budgets, set individual sales targets, and ensure accountability within the team.
