Job Title: Tour Consultant Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Gender Preference: Female Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years (preferred in outbound calling, travel consultation, or customer service) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our travel operations team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel inquiries, providing customized tour packages, and managing bookings via phone and digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customer travel needs Design and offer tailor-made domestic and international tour packages Provide accurate information regarding destinations, pricing, and itineraries Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers for bookings and reservations Maintain customer databases and follow up with leads regularly Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt support and personalized service Meet monthly targets for leads, conversions, and customer follow-ups Requirements: Female candidates preferred Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or travel consultation (6 months – 2 years) Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus) Good knowledge of popular travel destinations and travel logistics Proficiency in using MS Office and basic CRM tools Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
