Team Overview

The position in discussion is with the Total Rewards team at KPMG India. The team drives and supports the Rewards and Benefits Strategy and Philosophy (including operations support) across all entities and business units of KPMG India.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a part of the Rewards team, the individual would be responsible for providing on-going end to end support for all activities related to Total Rewards aligned with the firms strategic goals.

The key responsibilities for this role will include the following:

  • Support the execution of the Total Rewards strategy in alignment with business objectives including operational support for running annual review cycles and any monthly off cycle.
  • Assist in conducting market benchmarking surveys, analyzing compensation and benefits data, and preparing insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Coordinate and support the annual compensation review process, including simulations, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making in compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with other COEs to support the rollout and administration of Rewards programs and policies
  • Guide Talent Acquisition /Talent Strategists on the compensation philosophy of the organization, salary structure, variable pay, allowances and increments.
  • Participate in technology-driven initiatives to improve data accuracy, transparency, and process efficiency.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices to support stakeholder discussions and decision-making.

The Individual

  • Postgraduate / MBA Specialization in Human Resources preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience across different facets of Total Rewards covering both Compensation and Benefits
  • Proficiency in working with MS Office and strong hold on analysis of data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing compensation through systems (such as Oracle, SAP, Workday or in-house tools) and an understanding of automation of compensation module will be an added advantage
  • Ability to collaborate and work with stakeholders across levels and teams
  • Ability to work in a complex business environment
