Total Rewards Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, design, evaluation, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs, including base pay, variable pay, benefits, and health and wellness.
• Administer day-to-day Total Rewards programs, manage queries, resolve issues, and ensure accuracy of employee data.
• Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance.
• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, including communication plans and training for HR business partners.
• Analyze data and create reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure Total Rewards programs are well-communicated through training, company-wide communication efforts, and distribution of materials.
• Participate in benchmarking surveys and market research to identify trends and best practices.
• Provide analysis, guidance, and recommendations to HR business partners and managers regarding colleagues’ total rewards packages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Global mindset and approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute assigned projects and tasks.
• Solid knowledge of Total Rewards principles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with HRIS; willingness to learn new software as needed.
