These are 2 different Roles we are looking for :Title- Business Development Manager & Business development executive Exp - Minimum 1 yrsRole & responsibilities - Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and close deals with favorable terms.- Product presentation: Conduct engaging corporate and product presentation showcasing the ERP product.- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.- Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales and technical team to ensure seamless client onboarding.- Account Management: Create and manage strategic plans for your assigned key accounts.- Sales Targets: Consistently strive to meet and exceed both quarterly and annual sales targets.- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each account's needs.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and business growth.Preferred candidate profile - 1-6 years of experience in ERP sales (freshers are welcome).- A strong desire to build a successful career in sales.- Knowledge about SAP Business One is a plus.- Strong communication skills and assertive personality- Ability to create and deliver clear presentations.- Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Perks and benefits - 5 days a week- Excellent work environment- Attractive performance - based incentives
