Job Description

Role & responsibilities DESIGNATION:TOSCA AUTOMATION LEAD Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities - 1. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. 2. Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams including functional, business, technical and project teams and contribute on key decisions. 3. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. 4. Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the successful implementation of automation testing strategies. 6. Lead and manage automation scope gathering, feasibility check. 7. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks in TOSCA 8. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts in TOSCA 9. Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. 11. Identify data requirements and ensure availability of test data. 12. Preparation / review of Test automation plan, test automation report. Professional and Technical Skills - 1. Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.** 2. Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks. 3. Strong technical expertise in design, build and maintaintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile and API. 4. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as TOSCA , UFT and test management tool like ALM. 5. Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. 6. Experience in Agile development methodologies. 7. Experience working as a test automation lead in a testing / quality function for SAP / ERP landscape.** Good to have Skills - 1. Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner. 2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Governanace and Service Improvements - 1. Ensure test automation KPIs are documented, tracked, monitored and reported. 2. Experience with preparing and presenting weekly / monthly dashboard / governance reports to customer stakeholders and project teams. 3. Experience with proposing and implementing test automation improvements with an objective to improve quality and efficiency of testing services, processes and tools in tangible manner.
