Key Responsibilities:Project Execution: Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project execution phase.Scope & Planning: Conduct a detailed review of drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications, ensuring clarity in scope before execution.Material Management: Receive and validate materials from the warehouse as per order/BOQ, ensuring quality and accuracy.Site Coordination: Manage and coordinate multiple teams (civil, interior, electrical, and plumbing) to ensure timely and efficient project execution.Progress Monitoring: Share daily progress reports with the client and internal teams, ensuring all activities are aligned with project timelines.Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all installation work adheres to safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve site issues in coordination with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum.Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control measures to meet high standards in interior, electrical, and plumbing installations.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Civil Engineering or equivalent (Minimum 10-15 years)Industry Experience: Prior experience in large-scale commercial and hospital interior fit-outs is mandatory Site Management: Must have on-site experience and be willing to travel for project execution.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of interior finishes, electrical, and plumbing systems.Project Management: Familiarity with scheduling, sequencing of installation activities, and contractor coordination.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Detail-Oriented Approach: High standards for quality and compliance.Problem-Solving & Multitasking: Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project teams.Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
