Job Responsibilities Head (Key Accounts) Modern Trade: Reliance Smart, V-Mart, D-Mart, Vishal Mega Mart, etc. 1. Key Account Management • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with Modern Trade chains. • Handle end-to-end operations for major chain stores (V-Mart, D-Mart, Vishal Mega Mart, Reliance Smart, etc.). • Conduct regular meetings and coordination with Category Managers, Buyers, and Regional Managers. 2. Business Development & Sales Growth • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with consistent business growth. • Ensure product placement in new stores and new regions. • Increase share of shelf and secure listing for new products. 3. Listing & Negotiations Manage product listing, pricing, margins, and scheme negotiations. • Finalize Annual Business Agreements (ABA) and Joint Business Plans (JBP). • Negotiate promotions, offers, and visibility deals Additional Requirements for the Position • The candidate must be able to work from the Faridabad location. • Should be a smart worker, result-oriented, and highly proactive. • Must have the capability to open new key accounts in Modern Trade and expand business with chains like V-Mart, D-Mart, Vishal Mega Mart, Reliance Smart, etc. • Should possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish connections with buyers and category heads. • Must be capable of achieving targets and delivering consistent performance.
