Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle

  inbound and outbound customer calls

  , emails, and chat interactions to address queries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information.
• Deliver

  exceptional customer service

  by actively listening, understanding issues, and offering effective, timely solutions.
• Maintain and update

  customer interaction records

  accurately using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with team members to help achieve

  process goals, sales/conversion targets

  , and KPIs like AHT, CSAT, and Quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 03 years of experience in

  BPO Voice Process

  (inbound/outbound).
• Strong communication skills in

  English

  will be an added advantage.
• Open to

  rotational shifts

  , weekends.
• Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM handling.
  
• Minimum qualification:

  12th Pass / Any Graduate

  .

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

• Experienced candidates with

  6 months+ BPO International voice/blended experience

  preferred.

• Work From Office.

• Immediate joiners required.
  

Additional Advantage (International BPO Preferred Criteria)

Candidates with the following will be given preference:

• Prior experience in

  International Voice Process (US/UK/Australia)

  .
• Experience handling

  global customers

  with strong English verbal skills.
• Knowledge of

  international calling etiquettes

  , call flow, and compliance (AHT, FCR, NPS, quality metrics).
• Ability to adapt to

  night shifts / global shift hours

  .
• Experience working with

  CRM tools

  , ticketing systems, or productivity dashboards.
• Strong customer empathy, problem-solving attitude, and capability to handle escalations.
  

Compensation Details

• Freshers:

  18,000 24,000 in hand (based on communication skills & assessment rounds).

• Experienced Candidates:

  Up to

  8 LPA

  (with

  up to 30% hike

  on last drawn salary).
