What You Bring to the Table 10+ years of experience in operations management, general management, or a similar leadership role. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a mid-to-large-sized business. Strong problem-solving & conflict-resolution skills – you thrive in challenging situations. Fluency in English & Tamil preferred – to engage effectively with teams, vendors, and partners. Experience in B2B, logistics, supply chain, or process-driven industries is a plus (but not mandatory).
