As an Architect Specialist in the Design department of a leading real estate company, you will be responsible for driving the quality of architectural design, promoting interdepartmental collaboration, overseeing project management, ensuring flawless site execution, and implementing efficient processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and execution of landmark projects. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with senior leadership to develop innovative product concepts and design briefs, enhancing space planning and design alignment with project objectives, defining project specifications, facilitating coordination between internal teams and external consultants, conducting design reviews and evaluating detailed design documents, monitoring consultant performance, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, assessing site conditions, implementing process mappings, and fostering a high-performing team environment. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and architectural design software, along with exceptional project management, team leadership, and communication skills. You should be achievement-oriented, intellectually curious, and people-focused with a commitment to excellence. A Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institution and 10-15 years of total experience, with 5-8 years in a design consultancy firm, are preferred qualifications.
