Tools Solution Architect - AIOps & Observability

Role Overview: As a Tools Solution Architect specializing in AIOps & Observability, your role is crucial in creating exceptional architectural solution designs and providing thought leadership to enable delivery teams to deliver exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests in existing deals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability of systems. - Provide solutioning for RFPs received from clients and ensure overall design assurance. - Develop a direction to manage the portfolio of solutions, including systems, shared infrastructure services, and applications to better match business outcome objectives. - Analyze technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to set a collaboration solution design framework. - Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using modern technology. - Evaluate and recommend solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem. - Collaborate with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues to resolution. - Perform detailed documentation of architectural designs and solutions. - Validate solutions from a technology, cost structure, and customer differentiation perspective. - Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and provide relevant solutions. - Collaborate with sales, program/project, and consulting teams to reconcile solutions to architecture. - Provide technical and strategic input during project planning phases. - Manage multiple projects and report status accurately while adhering to project management standards. - Identify implementation risks and potential impacts. - Build and maintain relationships with executives, technical leaders, and other stakeholders. - Develop and establish relevant technical and business process metrics to drive results. - Recommend tools for reuse and automation to improve productivity. - Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise frameworks. - Develop trust and build effective working relationships across individual product teams. - Ensure architecture principles and standards are consistently applied. - Support pre-sales team in presenting solution designs to clients. - Negotiate and coordinate with client teams to ensure requirements are met. - Develop Proof of Concepts, case studies, and demos for new growth areas. - Contribute to Wipro's thought leadership through white papers, blogs, and speaking engagements. - Mentor developers, designers, and junior architects. - Anticipate talent requirements and hire adequate resources for the team. - Ensure onboarding, training, and career progression for team members. - Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and drive engagement initiatives for the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Solution Architect in AIOps and Observability. - Strong technical expertise in modern technology stacks. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and provide innovative solutions. - Project management experience is a plus.
