Job Description

Design, develop, and test tooling systems for high-volume production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Conduct quality control checks on tooling systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in tooling engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of tooling design, development, and testing principles.
Experience with quality control procedures and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
