Experience in Plastic Injection Mould Manufacturing and Tool Manufacturing Attend to Design reviews for fixed molds. Study Assembly Drawings of fixed molds prior to assembly. Full Detail knowledge about the status and position of fixed molds inserts & manufacturing processfull• Follow up on delivery of Std. Parts, Mold Bases, HR systems prior to assembly start plan full• Ensure QC check of main parts are completed before T-0 testing. Judge acceptance of reports with consultation of the section supervisor.full•Plan parallel Bench-work and Mold Assembly activities during processes wherever possible.full• Ensure checking of molds (Slide actuation, Ejection, Cooling, Hot Runner connections etc.) before send to Testing (checklist should be filled). full•Attend to Molds Testing without fail. Observe problems and prepare potential corrections during testing itself.
