Job Description

As a Help Center Knowledge Specialist, your role involves writing high-quality, user-friendly workflow documents and presentations for various teams within the organization such as operators, policy, training, and engineering teams. You will need to work closely with internal teams to understand product details and documentation requirements. Additionally, you should have the ability to design aesthetically pleasing and functional custom and templated websites, implement content management systems, and optimize website content for better search engine visibility. Your responsibilities include: - Writing high-quality, user-friendly workflow documents and presentations for different teams within the organization - Working with internal teams to understand product details and documentation requirements - Designing aesthetically pleasing and functional custom and templated websites - Implementing content management systems into websites - Optimizing website content for improved search engine visibility - Developing content in alternative media forms for maximum usability - Ensuring a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation - Converting text into drawings, diagrams, and charts to enhance user understanding - Contributing to documentation development activities from estimation to publishing - Analyzing existing and new content to enhance user experience and readability - Handling edit and creation requests for documents on high priority - Editing and proofreading documents written by subject matter experts Qualifications Required: - 3-5+ years of experience in Technical writing or similar functions - Graduation degree, preferably in BE/B Tech - Strong command of spoken and written English language with advanced editorial skills - Excellent written, communication, and research skills with attention to detail - Ability to independently scope out and prioritize multiple projects - Working knowledge of G Suite - Knowledge of HTML code and website development - Proven ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality, technically-accurate content Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the Job Description.,
