We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to lead a dynamic team of developers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and Mentor : Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Collaboration & Solution Design : Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices. Technical Leadership : Provide hands-on expertise in Java , Angular , and Spring Boot . Guide the team in building robust and maintainable applications. Deployment & Integration : Oversee deployment processes, ensuring smooth integrations within AWS environments and app servers (including AWS JBoss ). Code Quality & Review : Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, and promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. Scalability & Performance : Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications, addressing any challenges that arise in these areas. Required Knowledge and Experience Education : A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience : Minimum of 8 years in software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in Java , Angular , JSP , and Spring Boot . Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based application deployment. Hands-on experience with AWS JBoss and other application servers is a plus. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies . Skills and Abilities Leadership : Ability to mentor and guide a team, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Desired Qualifications Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of Scrum . Knowledge of DevOps practices for automating deployment pipelines and infrastructure management.
