Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives
  • Drive B2C sales through outbound calls, emails, and webinars
  • Conduct impactful sales pitches and close enrollments
  • Monitor team performance and optimize conversion strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless execution
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate reporting

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years of inside sales experience, with 1+ year in a team lead role
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in EdTech or healthcare sales preferred
  • Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Target-driven with a strategic sales mindset
