Job Title: Title Search / Two Owner Search /Commercial Search US Mortgage Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Shift: Night Shift Experience: 2 to 6 Years Joining: Immediate Joiner Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Title Search / Current Owner Search Specialist with expertise in Full SearchUS Mortgage processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 + years of experience in title search operations and be comfortable working night shifts from our Bangalore office. Key Responsibilities: Perform Title Search & Current Owner Search & Full Search for US mortgage transactions. Analyze property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, and judgments. Retrieve and examine public and legal records for property ownership history. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Identify any potential title issues, claims, or encumbrances. Prepare detailed reports summarizing search findings. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies. Meet quality and productivity benchmarks. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Title Search / Current Owner Search/ Full Search within the US mortgage industry. Strong knowledge of public records, county recording systems, and title reports . Hands-on experience with Data tree,data trace, Netronline Title Search processes. Familiarity with title plants, online databases, and document retrieval tools . Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills . Ability to work night shifts and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with Title Search,Current Owner Search ,Full Search , and Lien Searches . Understanding of Title Commitment & Title Policies . Prior experience in US mortgage/KPO/BPO environments.
