Tissue Culture Laboratory Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Calicut, Kerala for a Tissue Culture Laboratory Manager. The Tissue Culture Laboratory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, managing laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met, conducting research and development, and applying analytical skills to solve problems. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, supervising laboratory personnel, and implementing safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Laboratory Skills, including managing laboratory equipment
• Experience in Quality Control processes
• Proficient in Research and Development (R&D) methodologies
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in tissue culture techniques and processes is a plus
