Job Description

Time Off + Time Tracking Consultant (5+ Years Experience)

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation and support for both
Time Off
and
Time Tracking
modules.
Configure and maintain:

Leave types, absence rules, accruals, carry-forward rules
Work schedules, shifts, holiday calendars, attendance rules
Time valuation, Over time with & without premiums, Shift premiums, allowances & TOIL (time in lieu)

Analyze HR policies and convert them into system logic.
Integrate Time Modules with
ECPayroll
to ensure correct calculations.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, and training material.
Handle UAT support, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
Work with HR, payroll, compliance, and technical teams.
Perform audits and ensure compliance with leave & time regulations.

Required Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in
Time Off
and 3+years in
Time Tracking
.
Minimum
2 End to End implementation experience
in both Time off & Time Tracking
Certification in
Employee Central and Time Management
is a must
Experience with workflows, approvals, notifications.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
