Engineer Job description / Roles and responsibilities : 1. F5 LTM, WAF, API Security, BIG-IQ technical support. 2. Handling service request & incidence related to F5. 3. Handling escalations and issues related for F5. 4. Taking care of F5 devices hardware maintenance & RMA handling. 5. Handling change management, configuration, backups & DR s. 6. Maintaining process document and related technical documents. 7. Handling implementation, upgrade & patch management of the F5 devices. 8. Beneficial to have Cloud Security knowledge. 9. Must be strong in communication and Email writing. 10. Additional knowledge on Network Security and Firewall ( Palo Alto , Fortigate ) . Secondary Skill Set- ( Skill set on Firewall operation) JD for Palo Alto Firewalls ( Bangalore & Noida location) Good Knowledge on palo Alto Firewall deployment , management and troubleshooting with panorama Management Hands-on Knowledge on IPSec VPN and remote access VPN configuration with troubleshooting. Hands-on exp. on Deploying Palo alto and Fortigate firewall. Good knowledge with hands on Palo Alto APP ID , URL filtering and threat protection. Good Understanding on Concepts of Source NAT , Destinations NAT , NAT load Balancing , Virtual Routing. Hands-on exp. on Working on Panorama , Firewall disaster recovery , Backup , Group template management. Willing to work 24x7 Rotations Basis Shift. Good Knowledge on MS-Visio , MS-Excel. Big - Iq, F5 Ltm, Waf, Api Security
