Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership : Manage and oversee showroom sales, ensuring a premium customer experience from inquiry to post-sale support. Client Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth clients. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Product Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of tile collections, current design trends, technical specifications, and installation methods. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, manage B2B sales, and actively participate in industry networking events. Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom remains impeccably organized, visually appealing, and updated with new product displays. Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, recommending strategic improvements where necessary. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in tiles, ceramics, luxury home décor, or a related industry. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail in design-focused environments. Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using CRM tools and sales software. Ability to manage high-value transactions and handle elite clientele with discretion and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Existing network within the architecture and interior design community. Why Join Us?
