About CSAMP "Shaping Tomorrow’s Wellbeing — Today." Every child deserves to be understood, creating a generation that’s not just educated, but emotionally resilient and self-aware. CSAMP (Child Support, Assessment & Monitoring Program) is a next-generation, research-driven initiative redefining how we understand child wellness. The program brings together five powerful pillars — Neurodiagnostic, Metabolic, Genetic, Behavioral, and Emotional sciences — into one integrated framework that measures and nurtures the true potential of every child. Our mission is to combine cutting-edge science, AI, and holistic wellness to help schools and families identify each child’s unique biological, emotional, and cognitive blueprint — ensuring they grow into balanced, resilient, and high-performing individuals. Position Summary We are looking for a Program Director who is not just a manager but a research-driven visionary — someone passionate about exploring the deep core of human biology and behavior. This role is open to PhD candidates or fresh PhD graduates in neuroscience, psychology, genetics, metabolic biology, or health sciences who are eager to bring their research to life in a real-world social innovation. Alternatively, we welcome professionals with strong experience in health operations, child wellness, or healthcare program management who can integrate multidisciplinary teams into a single operational flow. Location Our core development team is based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, where the program design, data analysis, and R&D activities are conducted. While the pilot implementation may begin in cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, or Hyderabad, we prefer the Program Director to be Kerala-based for close coordination with the development and research teams. Key Responsibilities • Research & Program Integration • Lead integration of multidisciplinary assessments: neuro, metabolic, genetic, behavioral, and emotional. • Collaborate with research institutions, hospitals, and universities for data collection and validation. • Translate academic findings into practical child wellness applications. • Supervise ongoing R&D studies within CSAMP’s child development framework. • Program Design & Implementation • Develop operational frameworks and rollout strategies for CSAMP pilot projects. • Ensure accurate integration of all five pillars into digital dashboards and reports. • Coordinate with consultants (medical, behavioral, genetic) and manage data teams. • Stakeholder & School Partnerships • Engage with premium schools, parents, and wellness professionals. • Conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and training for educators. • Build institutional partnerships for large-scale rollouts. • Team Leadership & Operations • Field staff, psychologists, neurotechnologists, and lab partners. • Create SOPs for assessments, ethical compliance, and parental consent. • Maintain data security and ethical standards across all activities. • Innovation & AI Integration • Collaborate with the tech team on AI dashboards, predictive analytics, and health monitoring tools. • Suggest new biomarkers, data layers, and behavioral metrics to enhance accuracy. • Quality & Impact Measurement • Monitor key outcomes like health improvements, emotional well-being, and parent engagement. • Design measurable KPIs to demonstrate school-level transformation. Preferred Candidate Profile Option 1: PhD Researcher (Preferred) • PhD in Neuroscience, Psychology, Genetics, Behavioral Science, or Metabolic Biology. • Actively involved or recently completed research in brain function, child development, emotional cognition, or human biology. • Passionate about translating scientific research into practical applications. • Strong analytical mindset and interest in AI, data science, or health-tech innovations. Option 2: Experienced Health Operations Professional • MBA/MHA or MBBS with at least 3–5 years of healthcare or wellness program experience. • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale school health initiatives. • Skilled in operational planning, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. Desired Qualities • Deep curiosity about how the human mind and body interact. • Passion for research, innovation, and long-term social impact. • Strong leadership and team coordination skills. • Ethical integrity and compassion for children and families. • Ability to bridge academic insight with operational execution. Benefits • Opportunity to pioneer a first-of-its-kind national program in child health and development. • Collaborate with top neuroscientists, geneticists, behavioral scientists, and tech innovators. • Work at the intersection of science, wellness, and AI. • High social impact: directly improving the wellbeing of the next generation.
