Job Description

As a Ticketing & Reservation Executive, you will assist customers with flight bookings, ticket issuance, and reservation support using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
This role offers excellent growth opportunities in the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities

• Book domestic and international flights.
• Use GDS tools (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) for ticket issuance.
• Manage ticket changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Handle customer queries related to flight reservations.
• Coordinate with airlines and vendors for updated information.
• Stay updated on fare rules, airline policies, and travel regulations.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Interest in the travel and tourism industry.
• Basic knowledge of air travel and ticketing (preferred).
• Willingness to learn GDS tools like Amadeus or Galileo.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
