Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum bachelor's degree in field of Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software development and implementation of Enterprise Application Integration solutions using Tibco Suite of Products. Expert in analyzing software and/or systems requirements to design, develop high quality middleware solutions using Tibco. Excellent knowledge of various integrations patterns, service oriented & micro services architecture, enterprise data objects. Ability to understand and implement common reusable frameworks. Can build complex and canonical data mappings easily. Comprehensive knowledge of building integrations with various legacy & COTS applications, partner APIs and cloud solutions including but not limited to Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, AWS, Azure etc. Able to manage, install, configure and monitor core Tibco components as wells as messaging systems. Expert in analyzing and optimizing high performance integrations and APIs. Comfortable with various database, Unix, Scripting, Postman and DevOps solutions including GitLab, Kubernetes, Jenkins etc. Ability to support various testing and release activities including test automation. Strong knowledge of implementing automated monitoring solutions using various tools including Hawk. Understanding of Robotic Process Automations and can implement workflows using Alteryx. Ability to work for failure resolution or support applications with turnaround resolution time within a ticketing system environment. Expert interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal with ability to build and foster strong working relationships with other teams. Strong time and task management skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with competing deadlines or conflicting demands including good understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Comfortable working with onsite teams on day-to-day basis and support release activities over weekend. Flexible to work & support with overlapping hours with Onshore as well as provide on-call support to critical issues. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to easily prototype and experiment.
