Job Description We are looking for a skilled TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) Developer to design, develop, and implement TIBCO-based integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TIBCO BW (5.x/6.x), EMS, Active Matrix, and other TIBCO middleware technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain TIBCO Business Works (BW) solutions for enterprise applications. Implement integration solutions using TIBCO EMS, REST/SOAP Web Services, and JMS messaging. Work with TIBCO Admin, Hawk, and Active Matrix for deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements. Troubleshoot and optimize TIBCO applications for performance and reliability. Develop and maintain API-based integrations and microservices. Ensure adherence to best practices, security policies, and compliance standards. Document technical solutions, workflows, and integration processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in TIBCO Business Works (BW 5.x/6.x). Strong knowledge of TIBCO EMS, Active Matrix, TIBCO Hawk, and Administrator. Hands-on experience with JMS, SOAP, REST APIs, XML/XSLT, JSON, and Web Services. Experience with databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and SQL queries. Understanding of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO deployments is a plus. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Preferred Qualifications TIBCO Certified Professional (TIBCO BW, EMS, or AMX). Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
