Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Website Developer & E-commerce Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced in handling multiple e-commerce platforms and is driven to boost online sales and enhance brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Management Maintain, update, and optimize the official website for best user experience and performance. Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. E-commerce Platform Handling Manage and operate sales platforms like First Cry, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Ensure timely listing, cataloging, and inventory sync across all platforms. Track and analyze performance metrics to improve visibility and conversion. * Digital Marketing & SEO Plan and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and boost search rankings. Run targeted advertising campaigns across social media and search engines. Manage email marketing, promotions, and retargeting campaigns. Sales Growth & Analytics Create strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and derive insights for growth. Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and influencer marketing. Social Media Management Coordinate with the content team to keep Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms active and engaging. Strategically promote product launches and seasonal collections. Requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce management and website development (WordPress/Shopify preferred). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with marketplaces like FirstCry, Myntra, Amazon, etc. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
