Role & responsibilities Mandatory Certification: Cisco ThousandEyes Certified Experience: 5+ years of experience in network monitoring, performance management, or observability tools Hands-on experience in ThousandEyes deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting Experience with networking protocols, BGP, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and SaaS application monitoring Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network performance monitoring (NPM) and application performance monitoring (APM) Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, BGP, etc.) Experience with integration of monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, ServiceNow, or Datadog Familiarity with REST APIs and automation tools (Python, Ansible, etc.) is a plus Soft Skills: Strong consulting and advisory skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
