Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager specializing in gravity die casting, located in Pune, India. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to production. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies, ensuring process optimization, and maintaining quality control. The Product Manager will also engage with stakeholders to align production processes with client requirements and market demands while driving innovation in the die casting process. Qualifications Strong knowledge of gravity die casting techniques, manufacturing processes, and industry standards. Experience in product lifecycle management, project management, and strategic planning for manufacturing workflows. Proficiency in supply chain management and vendor coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to foster cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. Familiarity with CAD software, machining techniques, and metallurgical principles is beneficial. Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field is preferred. Proven ability to deliver quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
