The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT systems, hardware, and network configurations, with a focus on providing technical support and ensuring smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including desktops, and laptops.Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.Manage and monitor local network infrastructure and Wi-Fi configurations.Configure and manage G-Suite (Google Workspace) panel and user access.Support operating systems including Linux, Windows, CentOS, and Ubuntu.Manage and configure printers and other office peripherals.Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets.Qualifications:Graduate degree with a diploma in hardware or a related field.12 years of relevant experience in IT support or hardware management.Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting.Network configuration and troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi).Relevant certifications in hardware or IT support preferred.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
