Therapy Training Manager Job Title: Therapy Training Manager Department : Therapy Training Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai HO Purpose of Job: To Ideate, Design and Execute the learning and development plans to enhance capability for sales teams in the assigned therapy / cluster with Pan India responsibility. Key Responsibilities TNI: Identification of training needs & priorities, design Learning intervention to improve team capabilities and business outcomes Strategizing, Planning and Execution: Define, Design, Deliver, Drive, Deploy and Document of learning projects. Publish learning calendars & dashboards & drive efficiency & effectiveness metrics Methodologies: Execute L&D plans & initiatives, work on Therapy Training and capability building which includes Class Room / Virtual Training as well as OnJob training. Training Programs: Facilitate smooth launch & implementation of learning initiatives for assigned Therapy / Products through Need based Training initiatives / programs to build capability e.g. New Joinee Induction, Knowledge / Communication Skill Refresher programs, Managerial Development program, etc. Training Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the learning Impact using different methodologies by measuring key performance indicators. Digital Learning: Well-versed with the use of Digital technology in training (e.g. LMS, micro-learning tools, Online training & assessment platforms); On-The-Job-Training Pre-defined objective oriented OJT with sales Team and report feedbacks.
