In your role as a Sales Representative, your primary job function will involve achieving the assigned sales targets within your territory/geography. You will be responsible for conducting effective field work independently and reporting your daily activities on the assigned online system. It is essential to meet the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Your core job responsibilities will include generating maximum prescriptions, increasing market share, and promoting the Division's products according to the established strategy. Building strong relationships with stakeholders such as Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists is crucial. You will play a key role in facilitating strategy building and acting as a good Brand Ambassador for the company. To excel in this role, you should hold a minimum education qualification of BSc/B. Pharma. Additionally, having 2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred. However, freshers with excellent communication and analytical skills will also be considered. Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy area, especially those from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies, will have an added advantage.
