Therapy Business Manager- GI Prima-PCMC

As a Medical Representative at our company, you will be responsible for generating and developing business by achieving monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets. This includes promoting company products ethically to customers according to the business plan and ensuring Doctor/Customer Call average as per the customer management plan. Additionally, you will organize camps (CME) based on division strategy and customer needs, facilitate successful new product launches, update customer lists, and ensure iPad adoption and adherence to CLM calls. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets. - Promote company products ethically to customers. - Ensure Doctor/Customer Call average as per the customer management plan. - Organize camps (CME) based on division strategy and customer needs. - Facilitate successful new product launches. - Update customer lists. - Ensure iPad adoption and adherence to CLM calls. - Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors" brands. - Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan. Qualifications Required: - BSc/B. Pharm or Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative. Preferred Experience: - Candidates with prior or current experience in the same therapy. - Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantages. - Fluent and confident in communication.,
