The Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement of materials for transmission line projects including: • 33kV Poles • Conductors • Fabrication items • Transformers • Other transmission and substation materials • Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality, delivery, and pricing agreements. • Handle price negotiations and finalize procurement contracts ensuring best commercial terms. • Monitor material delivery schedules and coordinate logistics to ensure timely availability at project sites. • Maintain inventory control and ensure proper documentation of material movement. • Work closely with the Project, Engineering, and Finance teams to align supply chain activities with project requirements. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline procurement processes.
