Role Description Virtual Assistant for QC & Final Photo Touch-Ups (Part-Time, Long-Term) Overview We're hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong photo editing experience to ensure our real estate photos look perfect before delivery. You'll be performing minor corrections and final touch-ups on photos already processed by AutoHDR. This is a long-term part-time role (12 hrs/week) with flexible hours, but we need at least 2 hours overlap with U.S. mornings (EST). What You'll Do: Take photos processed by AutoHDR and import them to Lightroom Perform final touch-ups: straighten verticals, correct wall colors, remove objects, minor exposure/color tweaks Export final images Upload photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and videos to HDPhotoHub Ensure everything is organized and delivered on time What You Need: Solid Lightroom & Photoshop skills (you'll be doing final tweaks, not full editing) Strong attention to detail in photo selection and visual quality Willing to follow detailed SOPs and take initiative when needed Reliable, proactive, and committed for long term employment Availability during U.S. EST mornings for handoff and communication Strong written English Bonus Points For: Experience with HDPhotoHub, AutoHDR, Dropbox Real estate media experience Qualifications Solid Lightroom & Photoshop skills (you'll be doing final tweaks, not full editing) Strong attention to detail in photo selection and visual quality Willing to follow detailed SOPs and take initiative when needed Reliable, proactive, and committed for long term employment Availability during U.S. EST mornings for handoff and communication Strong written English
