Incorporate changes recommended by the marketing team into the final design. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them. Maintain an awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the marketing team. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Collaborate with external printers and other vendors to ensure accurate production of designs. Maintain and organize digital files of all completed projects. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast). Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales. Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.). Compile report for management showing results (ROI). Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns. Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
