Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant located in Udaipur. The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and service, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in food and dining areas, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role includes supporting the food and beverage team to deliver an exceptional experience for all visitors. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation and food service practices Understanding of the fundamentals of food & beverage services Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a team environment and manage time effectively Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required Previous experience in hospitality or food service is a plus Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
