We are searching for a highly creative and motivated Social Media Manager to take charge of our Instagram profile. The perfect candidate will devise effective strategies, produce original content, and collaborate closely with our video creators to stimulate organic growth. There is a strong possibility of transitioning to a full-time position with salary increments based on performance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive Instagram strategy focused on organic growth and engagement. Create and edit top-notch video content (reels, stories, posts) using leading Instagram editing tools (e.g., InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.). Craft engaging scripts for video content, ensuring clear messaging that is on-brand and designed to captivate audience interest. Conduct research to identify trending topics, relevant hooks, and captions to optimize engagement and guide video creators in finding the right content angles. Manage the daily posting schedule, ensuring consistent activity and interaction on the platform. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Stay updated on the latest Instagram features, trends, and tools to enhance content effectiveness. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in managing Instagram profiles and implementing organic marketing strategies with measurable outcomes. Proficiency in Instagram editing tools like InShot, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc., and content creation tools. Strong skills in scripting and caption writing for Instagram videos and posts. Ability to conduct content research and offer creative insights for video production. Excellent grasp of Instagram algorithms, hashtags, and best practices for enhancing organic reach.
