Presentation Design Specialist (Hybrid) 📍 Mumbai | Full-time | Hybrid The Data Duck is looking for a highly skilled Presentation Design Specialist to join our Communications practice. Presentation Design Specialist … What You’ll Do Presentation Design & Storytelling Convert raw data, content, and strategic inputs into high-impact PowerPoint presentations (pitch decks, client reports, investor narratives). Apply strong visual hierarchy, layout logic, and UI/UX principles to ensure clarity and persuasion. Design charts, diagrams, and frameworks that simplify complex information. Design Execution Create custom visual assets and infographics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Ensure all final deliverables are fully editable, brand-consistent Microsoft PowerPoint files . Product Notes & Documentation Design visually compelling product notes and documentation, typically delivered as PDFs, with the same emphasis on clarity and structure. Client & Team Collaboration Act as a key liaison between internal teams and client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Coordinate with ~4 SPOCs at the client organization (360 ONE). Attend weekly in-person meetings at the client’s Lower Parel office. Manage feedback loops, timelines, and quality benchmarks across stakeholders. Work Model & Location Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Schedule: 5 days a week Location: Hybrid – Lower Parel, Mumbai 2–3 days per week from The Data Duck office ~1 day per week at the client’s office (also Lower Parel) What We’re Looking For Experience: 2–3 years in a relevant design role (agency or corporate communications preferred). PowerPoint Expertise (Must-have): Advanced proficiency in layouts, master slides, charting, and animation. Design Tools: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Visual Thinking: Solid grasp of UI/UX principles, data visualization, and structured communication. Communication: Clear, confident written and verbal communication for internal and client-facing work. Client Comfort: Professional and confident in direct client interactions (final interview round with the client included).
