Property Presentation & Site Visits Conduct property tours and explain project features effectively. Ensure site visits are well-coordinated and professionally managed. Sales Closure & Negotiation Present offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients throughout the closing process. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Documentation & Coordination Prepare booking forms, agreements, and required paperwork. Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for smooth processing. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. Share insights to help improve marketing and sales efforts. Marketing Support Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns. Suggest ideas to improve lead quality and customer engagement. After-Sales Support Assist clients with documentation, loan assistance, and handover processes. Ensure customer satisfaction until final possession.
