What is the job role? Represent ARMF on your campus. Drive ticket sales, build buzz, and earn commission while promoting the coolest events in town. What you will be getting (Responsibilities) ✓ Promote ARMF events on your college/university campus ✓ Drive ticket sales through peer networks and campus channels ✓ Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials ✓ Create buzz on campus WhatsApp groups and social media ✓ Organize small pre-event meetups or info sessions ✓ Collect feedback and insights from student community ✓ Coordinate group bookings and student discounts ✓ Represent ARMF at campus festivals and events ✓ Track and report weekly sales and promotional activities ✓ Build long-term community of ARMF fans on campus What we're looking for (Requirements) ✓ Currently enrolled student at Graphic Era University or nearby institutions ✓ Strong social network and influence on campus ✓ Excellent communication and persuasion skills ✓ Active on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook) ✓ Self-motivated and target-driven ✓ Creative thinking for promotional strategies ✓ Comfortable with sales and public speaking ✓ Organized and good at follow-ups ✓ Passion for music, events, and entertainment is a plus Benefits Commission-based earnings: 15-20% on every ticket sold Bonus incentives for hitting sales targets Free ticket to ARMF upcoming events for top performers Exclusive campus ambassador of ARMF Certificate of completion & LOR Build real-world sales and marketing experience Networking with event industry professionals Flexible work hours (work around your classes!)
