Job Type Full-time Reporting To Academic Coordinator / Principal Salary As per norms Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Telugu Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills in Telugu, and a commitment to fostering a love for the language and culture among students of middle and secondary grades (classes VI to X). Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver Telugu lessons in alignment with the curriculum guidelines (e.g., CBSE/State Board/ICSE as applicable).Design engaging lesson plans and teaching materials to cater to students’ varying learning needs.Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student participation through interactive teaching methods.Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.Organize and participate in language-related activities such as storytelling, debates, cultural events, and competitions.Maintain accurate student records, grades, and reports.Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall academic performance of the school.Attend and participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs. Qualifications And Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Telugu or related discipline from a recognized university.B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level preferred.Proficiency in spoken and written Telugu; working knowledge of English is an advantage.Strong classroom management skills and ability to maintain discipline.Familiarity with educational technology and digital teaching tools is desirable.
