Vignan Schools is a reputed educational institution committed to holistic development, strong academics, and value-based education. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Hindi Teacher to join our team at our campus in Ghatkesar, Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach Hindi language (reading, writing, grammar, literature) to students as per the prescribed curriculum and class level.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and activities to make learning engaging and student-centric.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and maintain records of tests, notebooks, and assignments.
• Support students in improving Hindi communication skills (speaking, listening, and comprehension).
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Coordinate with subject teachers, class teachers, and academic coordinators for planning and reporting.
• Communicate academic progress and behaviour updates to parents during PTMs and as required.
• Participate in school events, language activities, competitions, assemblies, and staff meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as a major subject (B.A. Hindi) is mandatory.
• B.Ed. with Hindi methodology preferred (for middle / high school).
• Good command over Hindi and basic proficiency in English for communication and documentation.
• Familiarity with CBSE / State Board curriculum and assessment patterns (as applicable to your school).

Experience

• 1–3 years of teaching experience as a Hindi Teacher in a school setting preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.

Key Skills

• Strong subject knowledge in Hindi grammar and literature.
• Effective classroom management and student handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lesson planning, activity-based teaching, and use of teaching aids.
• Basic computer skills for online entry, worksheets, and digital teaching (if required).

• Campus: Vignan Schools, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Salary

• As per school norms and candidate’s experience.
