Job Description

Role & responsibilities Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for turbine generators & its Auxiliaries. Prioritize maintenance activities based on operational needs and safety requirements. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Oversee the execution of pre ventive maintenance programs. Coordinate corrective maintenance activities to address issues promptly. Technical Expertise Provide technical guidance on turbine generator maintenance. Development of SMP for each equipments Capable to read drawings Capable to do overhauling of rotary machines which Incl TDBFP, MDBFP, CEP, CWP, IDCT Fans, Pumps & Blowers, Coolers & Heaters etc., Capable to do maintenance of critical Piping like MS, CRH & HRH Have the knowledge about sea water power plant Capable to do Annual & capital overhauling of turbine & Generator Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices. Sound Knowledge about the ERP packages (Infor EAM/SAP) Sound knowledge about the lube, welding & electrodes etc., Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status. Prepare reports on maintenance performance and activities for management. Preferred candidate profile Candidate Should have above 500MW Thermal Power Plant Experience in Turbine Maintenace Department, Preferred Location: Tamil Nadu.
