Textile Designer

We are looking for a skilled Textile Designer with 1 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile design, preferably in the fashion designing and merchandising industry.

• Design and develop new textile designs for garment manufacturing.
• Create prototypes and samples of textiles for testing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in textile design.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for high-quality materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in the production process.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in textile design, preferably in the fashion designing and merchandising industry.
• Strong knowledge of textile design principles, including color theory, texture, and pattern.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in carpet design is required; candidates with less experience but impressive portfolios may also be considered.
• Experience working with rugs is an added advantage.
