About the Internship We're offering a remote, unpaid internship opportunity for Summer 2025 for the position of Human Resources Intern . This is a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern HR practices within an innovation-driven, global organization. As an intern, you’ll support the Human Resources team in various functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR data management. You’ll also assist in creating and optimizing internal HR documentation and communications. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and offboarding processes Help maintain and organize HR records and documentation Contribute to employee engagement and internal communications efforts Conduct research on HR best practices and support policy development Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or People Operations Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual setting Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or HR tools is a plus Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field What You'll Gain Practical experience in HR operations within a forward-thinking organization Insight into recruitment, employee experience, and HR strategy Mentorship and ongoing feedback from experienced HR professionals Certificate of Internship Completion Exposure to global HR practices and tools Opportunity to grow your professional network and skillset How to Apply If you’re passionate about people, culture, and making organizations thrive through great HR practices, we’d love to hear from you.
