Testing & Validation Engineer - Electronics

Job Description: As a Test Engineer, your role involves developing, implementing, and executing test plans, protocols, and validation procedures for new and existing home appliances. You will conduct performance, durability, reliability, and safety testing according to internal requirements, Indian, and international standards (ISI, BIS etc.). Documenting test results, analyzing failures, and providing root cause analysis and corrective action proposals will be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with suppliers, Design, and Manufacturing teams to validate new product designs and design changes. Additionally, you will support certification and regulatory compliance testing, maintain and calibrate test equipment, fixtures, and lab instruments, and prepare and present test reports, dashboards, and validation summaries to stakeholders. Participation in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and reliability is expected, along with supporting PDI at the manufacturing partner.
