Job Summary:

Testing Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct

    electrical cable testing

    as per relevant IS/IEC/ASTM standards and customer requirements.
  • Perform

    Incoming Material Inspection & Testing

    to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate and handle

    Customer PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection)

    , including demonstrations and documentation.
  • Support

    Cable R&D and New Product Development

    projects through sample testing and validation.
  • Prepare and maintain

    Test Reports, Calibration Records, and Quality Documentation

    accurately.
  • Ensure

    testing equipment

    is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated safely.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of

    corrective and preventive actions

    for quality issues.
  • Comply with company

    ISO/Quality Management Systems

    and safety procedures.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    electrical testing procedures and quality standards

    for cables.
  • Experience with testing instruments such as HV Tester, Insulation Resistance Tester, Tensile Tester, etc.
  • Familiar with

    ISO 9001

    quality systems and documentation practices.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and technical reporting skills.
  • Proficient in

    MS Office

    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Preference:

    Candidates residing in or near
