Testing Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Perform functional, electrical, and reliability testing of solar street light components (LED drivers, PCBs, battery systems, charge controllers, etc.). Verify compliance with industry standards (e.g., BIS, MNRE, IEC) and company quality specifications. Troubleshoot and identify root causes of electronic/electrical faults during production and post-installation. Develop and maintain test procedures, reports, and validation documentation. Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing instruments and tools. Key Requirements: Diploma/ITI Degree in Electronics. Only Fresher can apply for this. Strong understanding of PCB testing, circuit analysis, and power electronics. Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, load testers, and other diagnostic tools. Knowledge of solar technology, LED lighting systems, and battery integration is preferred. Attention to detail, documentation skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
